Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information which you can track online at www.ups.com or www.canadapost.ca. If you do not receive your order within 5-7 business days via Standard Shipping or by the specified date for expedited shipping options, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing[email protected].

For registered users: You may view the status of your order through email notifications or by signing into My Account to check the status of your order in your Order History.

 

For non-registered users: You may view the status of your order through email notifications or by contacting Customer Service by emailing [email protected].

If you don't see your order when logging in, it could be because the payment did not go through successfully. Please contact Customer Service to find your order of for help with placing an order online.
